• Unrestricted: Front of the line access to positions that are Pathways to Success friendly. • Skill Building: Opportunities to develop, hone and refine new or existing skills, both on the job or through in app learning opportunities. • Tailored Guidance: 1 on 1 support in profile set up and managing your job search through Spotwork, as well as being connected with Employment Ontario Employment Services. • Job Readiness Support: Access to support for costs before the job starts, for those that qualify.
