We are seeking a skilled Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join a dynamic logistics and distribution team in Sparks, Nevada. In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping warehouse operations moving safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to transport pallets safely and precisely across the warehouse facility.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trailers to keep logistics running on schedule.
• Organize and correctly stage inventory for shipment to meet daily production goals.
• Utilize RF scanners to accurately track inventory and process materials.
• Collaborate with team members to assist with general duties, including picking and packing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift within a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Familiarity with loading and unloading trailers as well as staging inventory.
• Ability to use RF scanners and comfortably perform general warehouse tasks.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety, operational efficiency, and teamwork.
• Dependability and readiness to work the Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM hours.
