Spotwork is a workforce marketplace connecting workers to great jobs, and we are currently looking for a Warehouse Fulfillment & Sortation Manager in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met across receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment. You will guide a dedicated team of supervisors and associates to maintain cost control and achieve customer service level agreements during your Monday through Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and parcel sortation.
• Lead, coach, and schedule supervisors and associates, driving excellent performance and supporting hiring needs.
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining strict health and safety compliance, inventory accuracy, and cycle count execution.
• Monitor carrier performance and drive compliance with customer service level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to boost operational efficiency.
• Generate and analyze operational KPI reports covering labor productivity, order accuracy, and cost per parcel.

Requirements

• A minimum of five years of hands-on leadership experience within a warehouse environment.
• At least three years of dedicated management experience in fulfillment and sortation operations.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to effectively guide warehouse personnel.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor operational metrics, labor costs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
