Spotwork is a marketplace connecting workers to jobs, and we are currently seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a fast-paced third-party logistics (3PL) facility in Lubbock, Texas. In this active, hands-on role, you will work collaboratively with an experienced team to manage inventory, handle incoming freight, and keep daily distribution operations running smoothly in a safety-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select, pick, and prepare orders for shipment using mobile picking technology.
• Unload incoming freight and methodically organize stock securely on pallets.
• Count inventory and ensure all items, ranging from commercial packaging to office supplies, are handled safely.
• Operate a sit-down forklift to safely transport materials and goods across the warehouse floor.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency while standing, walking, and lifting throughout your scheduled hours.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience safely operating a sit-down forklift.
• Must possess and wear your own steel-toe boots to maintain a safe work environment.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of active work, including continuous standing, walking, and lifting for the duration of the workday.
