We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Allentown, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play a key part in our daily logistics and fulfillment operations, ensuring that custom-manufactured promotional items, vinyl products, and other commercial goods are accurately processed, packed, and prepared for shipment. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a steady schedule. A typical day will involve picking orders from inventory, packing products securely to prevent damage during transit, and labeling shipments accurately. You will also assist with receiving incoming raw materials, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. What you'll bring

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand, walk, or bend for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
• At least 6 months of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately read order sheets and match product numbers.
• Reliable transportation to the Allentown, PA 18109 area.

Nice to have

• Experience using RF scanners or basic warehouse inventory management software.
• Prior experience in picking, packing, or shipping lightweight consumer or promotional goods.
• Familiarity with operating manual or electric pallet jacks.
