Spotwork is looking for a safety-minded Warehouse Associate to join our platform in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will be the eyes and ears on the facility floor, conducting routine inspections and identifying potential hazards before they become a problem. Responsibilities

• Walk the facility floor regularly to monitor general work areas and enforce site safety protocols.
• Spot potential hazards or unsafe conditions and report them to site supervisors immediately.
• Maintain accurate records by filling out required inspection documents and incident reports.
• Promote a culture of safety by communicating updates and concerns clearly to facility personnel.
• Ensure all emergency procedures are followed and help keep the work environment clean and organized.
• Take on additional safety support duties to assist the on-site management team.
