We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment operation in Wescosville, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time, working within a highly collaborative logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and properly organize incoming inventory on warehouse shelving.
• Pick and pack e-commerce orders accurately using modern warehouse technology and handheld scanners.
• Prepare outgoing packages for final shipping while strictly verifying order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized work environment at all times.
• Meet daily fulfillment goals while working seamlessly alongside your team members.

Requirements

• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for the full duration of your scheduled hours, as well as the ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to read, write, and follow instructions effectively in English.
• Basic computer literacy coupled with prior experience using handheld RF scanners or modern inventory tracking systems.
• Previous experience operating basic warehouse equipment, such as manual or electric pallet jacks, is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory control, receiving, shipping, or returns processing is a great advantage.
