Spotwork is a workforce marketplace connecting workers with great opportunities, and we are currently seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate in Odessa, Texas. In this role, you will play a critical part in daily operations by preparing for inbound deliveries, managing purchase order schedules, and efficiently staging inventory. Responsibilities

• Prepare dock spaces, slots, and purchase order documentation for inbound deliveries while communicating any scheduling delays.
• Receive and verify incoming freight against bills of lading, making sure to promptly report any shortages, overages, or damaged goods.
• Select and pick customer orders accurately using pick lists or a warehouse management system (WMS).
• Operate pallet jacks safely to move, stage, and slot inventory into designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain a clean receiving area by performing daily down-stacking, replenishing pick locations, and disposing of packaging materials.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or packaging environment is required.
• Ability to accurately review purchase orders, bills of lading, and utilize warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate inbound deliveries and report inventory discrepancies.
• Physical capability to safely operate pallet jacks, handle down-stacking, and stay active throughout the workday.
