In this role, you will be crucial to daily operations by managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, and prepare outgoing customer orders accurately for shipment.
• Receive, unload, and thoroughly inspect incoming inventory to verify accuracy.
• Sort and neatly organize materials across racks, shelves, and bins.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including a pallet jack, as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace by sweeping, mopping, and tidying workstations, while also suggesting process improvements.

Requirements

• Ability to work a dynamic schedule starting at 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday, until the daily work is finished, with occasional weekend hours required.
• Physical capability to open bales, crates, and other containers, while standing or moving for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail for counting inventory, verifying shipments, and accurately preparing parcels for mailing.
• Prior experience operating a pallet jack or a willingness to learn proper safety and operational procedures.
• A proactive mindset with a dedication to safety, cleanliness, and proposing ideas to improve operations.
