Spotwork is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join a dynamic logistics and fulfillment operation in Grapevine, TX. In this role, you will be a vital part of the daily warehouse operations, ensuring that orders are accurately processed, packed, and shipped out on time. Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing orders by picking, packing, and shipping products accurately.
• Operate computerized scanning tools and shipping equipment to manage inventory levels and track packages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in full compliance with OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with team members to consistently achieve daily safety, quality, and productivity goals.

Requirements

• Ability to safely meet the physical demands of warehouse work, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout your scheduled hours.
• Comfortable operating or quickly learning how to use computerized scanning and shipping devices.
• A strong record of punctuality and consistent attendance, along with a willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Previous experience in order picking, packing, or general distribution is highly preferred.
• A foundational understanding of OSHA safety guidelines and experience in a metrics-driven environment are a plus.
