Spotwork is a marketplace connecting workers to jobs, and we are currently seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a fast-paced third-party logistics facility in the Buffalo Springs and Lubbock area. In this active, hands-on role, you will help manage inventory, pick and pack orders, and keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities

• Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment using mobile picking technology.
• Unload incoming freight safely and efficiently.
• Organize, stack, and secure stock on pallets throughout the facility.
• Count and maintain accurate inventory of items ranging from commercial packaging to office supplies.
• Maintain a positive attitude while standing, walking, and lifting throughout your scheduled hours.

Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Demonstrated capability to safely operate a sit-down forklift.
• Personal steel-toe boots must be worn at all times while on site.
• Physical ability to remain active, stand, walk, and lift items continuously during your scheduled hours.
