Spotwork is currently seeking a reliable Sit Down & Reach Operator to join our network and take on a rewarding warehouse opportunity in Allentown, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be a vital part of the supply chain, ensuring that customer orders are picked securely and materials are efficiently moved throughout the facility. Responsibilities

• Operate both sit-down and reach forklifts to safely transport, stack, and stage materials across the warehouse floor.
• Pick, prepare, and pack customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Replenish inventory stock and arrange products into their designated storage locations.
• Conduct routine product inspections to verify quantities and identify any potential damage or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work zone while strictly adhering to all facility safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to assist with various other general warehouse duties as they arise.

Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience safely operating a sit-down forklift or reach truck in an industrial or warehouse setting.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when picking orders and verifying product inventory quantities.
• Ability to commit to the established Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule.
• A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and following comprehensive warehouse safety regulations.
• Willingness to take on additional warehouse tasks and physical work as requested by on-site management.
