Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of floors, walls, and facility equipment using the proper tools and protective gear.
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals to eliminate waste and debris in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of the work area, promptly reporting any issues or unsafe equipment to the sanitation supervisor.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all cleaning activities to ensure strict regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure all areas are sanitized efficiently and safely.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of SQF, CFIA, and HACCP protocols to maintain top-tier food safety and sanitization standards.
• Ability to apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while safely operating cleaning equipment and handling chemicals.
• Willingness to participate in training sessions on food safety and sanitation processes.
• Strict adherence to facility attire regulations, which requires wearing mandatory pants, avoiding hoodies, and removing all jewelry before entering the production area.
• Availability to fulfill the required working hours on October 30.
