Spotwork is seeking a dedicated Custodial Technician to maintain the cleanliness and safety of an active warehouse facility in Odessa, TX. In this role, you will ensure that work areas, offices, and common spaces are sanitary and fully prepared for daily operations. Your efforts directly support a safe, productive, and comfortable environment for all staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and scrub warehouse floors, aisles, and loading docks using motorized commercial floor cleaning equipment.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and office areas throughout the facility.
• Manage waste disposal by consistently emptying trash and recycling bins into designated dumpster areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor entrances, walkways, and parking lots to ensure a presentable property.
• Monitor and restock janitorial inventory, including cleaning solutions and restroom supplies.
• Adhere strictly to all established workplace safety protocols and sanitation guidelines during daily tasks.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience or the ability to safely operate commercial floor cleaning machinery, such as scrubbers and motorized sweepers.
• Physical stamina to walk, stand, lift, and bend consistently throughout the entire work day.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety, including proper chemical handling and adherence to sanitation procedures.
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience within a light industrial or warehouse environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with standard waste disposal practices, recycling protocols, and maintaining dumpster areas is a plus.
