Spotwork is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving / Shipping — Receiving Associate to join a dynamic logistics and distribution team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Working in a modern, organized warehouse environment, you will serve as the first line of defense for inventory accuracy by safely processing all incoming freight. Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments and carefully inspect all goods for any signs of damage.
• Cross-check physical inventory against packing slips and bills of lading to ensure complete accuracy.
• Utilize RF scanners to log incoming items into the warehouse management system and apply barcode labels.
• Stage products systematically for the put-away team to maintain an organized workspace.
• Collaborate closely with dock supervisors and inventory teams to resolve any shipping discrepancies and adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements

• At least one year of hands-on experience in a warehouse, logistics, or shipping and receiving environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as well as stand, bend, and walk for the full duration of your scheduled hours.
• Strong attention to detail, paired with the ability to accurately read and verify packing lists, manifests, and shipping labels.
• Solid proficiency with RF scanners and basic computer data entry.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory tracking software is considered a strong plus.
