Spotwork, a workforce marketplace connecting workers to jobs, is looking for a skilled Reach Truck Driver to support bustling warehouse operations in Commerce City, Colorado. In this active role, you will operate heavy equipment to manage material flow and maintain an organized, highly efficient distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy warehouse equipment, including reach trucks, clamp trucks, Hi-Lo forklifts, and pallet jacks, to load and unload goods.
• Fulfill customer orders accurately by retrieving items from high racks using reach equipment and warehouse management tools.
• Organize storage zones, stack pallets, and ensure smooth inventory flow throughout the facility.
• Perform routine safety inspections and basic maintenance on all material handling equipment.
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments against provided shipping and receiving documentation.
• Coordinate daily handling activities alongside warehouse supervisors to meet operational goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience safely operating reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and similar heavy warehouse equipment.

• Ability to conduct basic equipment inspections and handle fast-paced shipping and receiving tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain tidy storage areas and accurately verify shipment paperwork.
