In this role, you will be at the heart of our fulfillment operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately selected, securely packed, and prepared for timely shipment. A typical day involves navigating our fast-paced warehouse environment, utilizing RF scanners to locate products, and carefully inspecting items for quality before packaging. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in active work environments. You will collaborate closely with team members to meet daily shipping targets while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. What you'll bring

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout a shift
• Experience using RF scanners or digital inventory tracking systems
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking and packaging

• Prior experience in a fast-paced 3PL or multi-client warehouse environment
