Spotwork, a marketplace connecting workers to jobs, is seeking a detail-oriented Order Packer to join a fast-paced warehouse fulfillment team in the Denver and Commerce City area. In this role, you will be at the heart of daily operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately selected, securely packed, and prepared for shipment. Responsibilities

• Navigate the warehouse efficiently to locate products for various customer orders.
• Utilize RF scanners to select inventory and maintain accurate digital tracking.
• Inspect all items carefully for quality and accuracy before boxing them up.
• Pack products securely and prepare outgoing packages to meet daily shipping targets.
• Collaborate closely with fellow team members to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout your scheduled hours.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout your schedule.
• Experience using RF scanners or digital inventory tracking systems in a work environment.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure highly accurate order picking and packaging.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced 3PL or multi-client warehouse setting is preferred.
• Previous order packing experience demonstrating a hands-on approach and strong work ethic.
