We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Picker / Packer — Lumper to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Detroit. In this active, dual-focused role, you will be a key player in our supply chain, helping to handle incoming freight and prepare outgoing shipments. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, staying on their feet, and keeping a warehouse organized and efficient. A typical day will involve a mix of lumping (loading and unloading trucks, containers, and pallets by hand or using manual pallet jacks) and picking/packing (retrieving specific items from inventory, checking order accuracy, and packing them securely for shipment). You will use handheld RF scanners to track inventory, inspect packages for quality, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. You will work alongside a collaborative logistics team, striving to meet daily shipping and receiving goals. Speed, accuracy, and a strong commitment to workplace safety are essential to keeping our operations running smoothly. What you'll bring

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read and verify order sheets or shipping labels.
• Reliable transportation to the job site in Detroit.
