About the role

‍As a Picker/Packer, you'll play a key part in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. You'll be responsible for accurately selecting products from inventory and preparing them for shipment — making sure every order goes out correctly and on time.

What you'll be doing

• Picking items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or scanner prompts
• Packing products securely and labeling them for shipment
• Verifying item quantities and product details against orders
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Meeting daily pick/pack targets and productivity goals
• Reporting damaged goods, discrepancies, or low stock to a supervisor

What we're looking for

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for the duration of a shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters here
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to follow both written and verbal instructions
• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus, but not required
