Spotwork is looking for a reliable Picker / Packer to join our marketplace and play a vital role in daily warehouse operations in Kansas City, Kansas. In this active position, you will accurately select items from inventory based on customer orders and prepare them for safe shipment. Responsibilities

• Navigate the warehouse floor efficiently to locate and retrieve the correct products for order fulfillment.
• Scan items accurately to ensure all customer orders perfectly match the required inventory.
• Pack goods securely into appropriate boxes or containers to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain steady production speeds to meet or exceed daily output targets.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and free of safety hazards throughout your scheduled hours.
