Spotwork is seeking a reliable Unloader to join a fast-paced logistics operation in Orlando, FL. In this active, hands-on role, you will be the critical first step in the facility's workflow, ensuring that incoming shipments and parcels are processed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Unload small packages and parcels from incoming trucks, trailers, and shipping containers safely and efficiently.
• Scan and verify incoming freight against manifests and delivery lists to guarantee total accuracy.
• Sort shipments based on package size, destination, and priority route using printed labels and handheld scanners.
• Safely stack, organize, and arrange parcels onto pallets, shelves, or cages to maintain an organized workflow.
• Operate basic material handling equipment, such as manual and electric pallet jacks, to move products across the floor.
• Keep the work area clean and free of hazards to comply with standard safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and maneuver packages of varying weights throughout your scheduled hours.
• Hands-on experience operating basic warehouse equipment, including hand trucks and manual or electric pallet jacks.
• Strong proficiency in using handheld scanning devices and accurately reading package labels or shipping manifests.
• A solid understanding of standard warehouse safety protocols and parcel sorting procedures is highly preferred.
• Prior background in unloading trucks or handling distribution in a courier dock setting is a great bonus.
