In this early morning role, you will play a crucial part in the supply chain by accurately picking products, building pallets, and ensuring trailers are safely loaded for shipment. Responsibilities

• Select customer orders from designated warehouse slots utilizing pick lists and warehouse management systems.
• Safely operate pallet jacks to transport items, build secure pallets, and apply shrink-wrap according to established standards.
• Stage completed orders in assigned dock areas and load outbound trailers after verifying their cleanliness and safety.
• Inspect products for damages prior to shipping and accurately process any returned inventory.
• Maintain a tidy, organized work area by clearing debris, managing pallets, and charging equipment as needed.

Requirements

• Proven ability to operate pallet jacks and navigate warehouse management systems to accurately pick and transport products.
• Strong attention to detail for verifying product accuracy, identifying damages, and reporting discrepancies or shortages to supervisors.
• Dedication to workplace safety, with the diligence to inspect trailers, report incidents immediately, and complete all required safety training on time.
• Solid organizational skills to label, stack, and shrink-wrap pallets, as well as correctly manage shipping and manifest documentation.
• Reliability to maintain consistent attendance for the early morning hours and the flexibility to take on additional warehouse duties as assigned.
