In this dynamic equipment operator role, you will play a critical part in keeping inventory moving safely and efficiently to ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to pick, pack, and move products throughout the warehouse safely.
• Fulfill customer orders efficiently while maintaining high standards for accuracy and quality.
• Perform general loading and unloading of materials into and out of trailers.
• Assist with basic inventory tracking tasks and ongoing material organization.
• Maintain the cleanliness and overall organization of your workspace to promote a safe and productive environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating equipment such as order pickers, cherry pickers, or reach trucks in a distribution center.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and comfortably stand, walk, or drive throughout an 8- to 10-hour workday.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure precise order picking accuracy and proper inventory organization.
• A strict commitment to warehouse safety protocols and keeping the work area clean.
• Previous experience utilizing RF scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred but not required.
• Prior background in trailer loading and unloading within a high-volume facility is a plus.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is highly preferred.
