We are currently seeking a reliable Material Handler / Picker & Packer to join a dynamic distribution facility in Sparks, Nevada. In this role, you will be a vital part of the supply chain, ensuring that customer orders are accurately gathered, safely packed, and efficiently prepared for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize pick lists, RF scanners, and warehouse management systems to accurately select items for customer orders.
• Pack products securely into appropriate containers, apply necessary labels, and stage completed orders in designated shipping areas.
• Unload incoming deliveries and move materials safely throughout the warehouse as needed.
• Execute regular stock rotation and inventory replenishment to maintain optimal product availability.
• Perform detailed inspections of goods to identify any damage, reporting quality concerns immediately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while adhering to all warehouse productivity guidelines.

Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience in order picking within a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Prior hands-on experience with order packing, ensuring items are securely prepared for transit.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately verify product quantities and descriptions against order details.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and supervisors regarding daily workflow needs.
• Physical capability to safely load, unload, and move materials throughout regular working hours.
