In this high-energy role, you will be the vital link between the kitchen and spectators, delivering food and beverages directly to guests in their seats, suites, or club areas. Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of all food and beverage orders against tickets prior to leaving the kitchen.
• Safely carry loaded trays through busy concourses and navigate stadium seating to locate assigned rows and seats.
• Deliver orders directly to guests with a friendly, welcoming, and customer-first attitude.
• Answer basic guest questions and assist other service staff to ensure a seamless hospitality experience.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas by clearing away empty plates, cups, and trash from seating sections.

Requirements

• Valid local food handler and alcohol seller/server certifications are mandatory.
• Excellent physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for 6 to 10 hours while carrying heavy trays of food and beverages.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, guest-focused mindset, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
• Must maintain professional grooming standards and wear the required uniform: a plain black polo without logos, plain black pants (no rips, leggings, or sweatpants), and black slip-resistant shoes.
• Previous experience as a food runner, busser, or server in a high-volume venue, as well as familiarity with large arena layouts, is highly preferred.
