Spotwork, a marketplace connecting workers to jobs, is looking for a General Labourer to join a dynamic team in a state-of-the-art logistics and distribution hub in Franklin, Indiana. This fast-paced, hands-on role operates Monday through Friday starting at 6 AM until the daily work is finished, often requiring 8 or more hours. Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments safely and accurately.
• Sort, organize, and palletize inventory to prepare goods for efficient distribution.
• Operate manual material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, to transport items across the spacious facility.
• Assist the warehouse team with picking orders quickly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by clearing debris and following safety protocols.

Requirements

• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing or walking for an 8-hour or longer work period.
• Demonstrated experience operating basic warehouse equipment, including manual or electric pallet jacks.
• Strong track record of reliability, punctuality, and a proactive commitment to workplace safety.
• Prior background in third-party logistics (3PL), e-commerce fulfillment, or distribution environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with RF scanners, basic inventory tracking systems, light assembly, kitting, or labeling processes is advantageous.
