We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer to join our dynamic manufacturing and recycling team in Chesterfield, MO. In this role, you will play a key part in our daily production cycle, helping process materials and prepare finished goods. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on worker who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is interested in sustainable manufacturing processes. A typical day will involve sorting and preparing raw plastic materials for reprocessing, loading and monitoring shredding or grinding equipment, and assisting with the extrusion and packaging of finished products. You will also help keep the production floor clean and organized, move materials safely throughout the facility, and assist with loading or unloading shipments as needed. Your attention to detail will ensure our products meet high quality standards before they go out to customers. You will work alongside a collaborative, safety-focused team that values hard work and reliability.
