Spotwork is currently seeking a dedicated General Labourer to support warehouse and logistics operations in Lakeside, Texas. In this highly active role, you will help ensure that commercial and food-grade goods are safely handled, organized, and prepared for daily shipment. Responsibilities

• Execute manual material handling tasks, including loading and unloading daily commercial shipments.
• Perform accurate case picking to assemble orders for outbound delivery.
• Palletize outgoing products and securely shrink-wrap pallets to prevent transit damage.
• Maintain an orderly, sanitized, and highly organized workspace to meet food-grade quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the wider logistics team to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations.

Requirements

• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds and sustain physically demanding tasks throughout your scheduled hours.
• Dependable transportation to the Lakeside and Fort Worth area, alongside a proven track record of excellent punctuality.
• A firm dedication to upholding strict safety guidelines, cleanliness, and warehouse sanitation standards.
• Previous background in a logistics, 3PL, warehouse, or food-grade storage facility is highly preferred.
