Spotwork is a marketplace connecting workers to jobs, and we are currently seeking a General Labourer with forklift operating experience for a warehouse role in Conroe, Texas. In this position, you will be responsible for essential material handling and palletizing duties to keep operations running safely and efficiently. You will enjoy a stable, full-time schedule working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklift equipment to safely move materials and products across the facility.
• Restack boxes onto pallets, ensuring proper configuration and even weight distribution.
• Wrap, secure, and accurately label pallets for outgoing transport or storage.
• Inspect materials during handling to identify and report any product damage.
• Keep your designated work area clean and strictly follow all facility safety procedures.

Requirements

• A valid forklift certification or license specifically for sit-down equipment is required.

• Previous experience utilizing warehouse management software or inventory tracking systems is considered a strong asset.
