Spotwork is a workforce marketplace that connects workers to great industrial and warehouse jobs. We are currently looking for a diligent Picker / Packer and Lumper to join a fast-paced warehouse facility in Seabrook, Texas. In this role, you will be on your feet moving products, fulfilling orders, and keeping operations running smoothly during your Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM schedule.

Responsibilities

• Pull products from warehouse storage shelves accurately utilizing RF scanners or provided pick lists.
• Pack and prepare items securely for outbound shipping or delivery staging while verifying exact quantities, sizes, and overall product quality.
• Safely navigate the facility using manual pallet jacks, carts, and other essential equipment to transport goods.
• Support the wider team by participating in inventory counts, receiving new shipments, and conducting periodic audits.
• Keep the workspace free of hazards by breaking down cardboard boxes, sweeping floors, and strictly following all safety protocols.

Requirements

• Capability to handle demanding physical tasks, which includes extended periods of standing, bending, and heavy lifting throughout your working hours.
• Must possess reliable transportation to commute to and from the Seabrook, Texas work site.
• Previous professional experience working in a warehouse, construction, or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
