Spotwork is a workforce marketplace connecting workers to industrial and warehouse jobs, and we are currently looking for a General Laborer in Taylor Lake Village, Texas. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the fulfillment process by picking, packing, and staging items to ensure accurate order delivery. Responsibilities

• Pick items accurately from warehouse shelving units utilizing pick lists and RF scanners.
• Pack products securely and properly stage completed orders to prepare them for outbound shipping or delivery.
• Verify the quantity, size, and overall quality of all items to maintain high order accuracy.
• Operate manual pallet jacks and carts to transport goods safely across the warehouse floor.
• Assist the supervisors with regular inventory counts, receiving inbound materials, and general auditing.
• Keep your designated work area clean and organized by breaking down cardboard boxes and sweeping daily.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to perform demanding physical tasks, which includes lifting items, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to and from the work site in Taylor Lake Village.
• A strong understanding of fundamental warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse, construction site, or manufacturing environment is highly preferred but not strictly required.
