Spotwork is a marketplace connecting workers to great jobs, and we are currently looking for an Assembly and Production Prep Worker in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for unpacking and testing computer monitors to ensure they meet strict quality standards. This is a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM that keeps you active and on your feet throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Carefully unbox computer monitors and connect them to testing equipment.
• Inspect screens for functional defects, paying close attention to dead pixels or display issues.
• Examine the physical condition of the hardware, ensuring stands and casings are completely free of damage.
• Fill out comprehensive quality check forms to document the condition of every single unit.
• Repackage the fully tested and functional monitors securely for their next destination.

Requirements

• Physical ability to stand for the entirety of your scheduled hours and comfortably handle monitors weighing approximately 15 pounds.
• A record of consistent, reliable attendance along with dependable transportation to the Fort Worth location.
• Willingness to adhere to site rules, which include a strict no-cellphone policy in the active work area (personal water bottles are permitted).
• Successful completion of a background check as part of the initial onboarding process.
