Operating within a modern, climate-controlled facility near the IAH corridor, you will safely handle material equipment to keep warehouse operations running smoothly. Responsibilities

• Operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts to safely load, unload, and stage trailer shipments.
• Perform daily pre-operation equipment inspections to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
• Utilize RF scanners to locate inventory, verify incoming orders, and document stock movements.
• Organize and put away pallets efficiently to maximize available warehouse space and maintain clean, tight aisles.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily fulfillment, shipping, and receiving goals.

Requirements

• A proven track record of safely and efficiently driving both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Physical stamina to lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds and the ability to remain on your feet for prolonged durations.
• Hands-on expertise utilizing RF scanners to successfully track inventory and select warehouse orders.
• Prior experience thriving in high-volume 3PL, e-commerce fulfillment centers, or similar climate-controlled logistics environments is a strong plus.
• Working knowledge of standard warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and cross-docking workflows.
• A solid grasp of inventory control methodologies and cycle counting best practices.
