In this role, you will play a critical part in daily supply chain operations, handling freight of various sizes and weights, and ensuring the safe, efficient movement of goods throughout the facility. A typical day will involve operating a sit-down forklift to load and unload trailers, flatbeds, and shipping containers. You will be responsible for staging cargo, organizing inventory, palletizing materials, and preparing shipments for distribution. Working closely with the receiving and shipping teams, you will use handheld devices to track inventory and ensure all safety and quality guidelines are strictly followed. What you'll bring

• Proven experience safely operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse, logistics, or dock environment
• Active forklift operator certification or the ability to pass a practical operating test
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including bending, reaching, and climbing on/off equipment
• Experience using RF scanners or handheld warehouse management devices to track inventory

Nice to have

• Experience handling heavy, oversized, or specialized freight
• Familiarity with container loading, unloading, and palletizing procedures
