In this role, you will help keep the supply chain moving smoothly by safely and efficiently organizing materials and staging goods for dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to carefully load and unload incoming and outgoing distribution trailers.
• Transport pallets of goods across the facility to designated storage areas.
• Prepare outgoing shipments for dispatch in coordination with the inventory and shipping teams.
• Execute daily routine safety inspections on your forklift to ensure optimal operation.
• Maintain a hazard-free, clean, and organized workspace throughout your scheduled hours.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience safely operating sit-down forklifts within a warehouse, less-than-truckload (LTL), or distribution center setting.
• Possession of a valid forklift operator certification or the capability to pass a practical driving assessment.
• Physical ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, or sit for extended periods during your hours.
• Unwavering commitment to workplace safety protocols, including wearing mandatory personal protective equipment like steel-toed boots.
• Familiarity with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or basic mechanical battery maintenance is highly preferred.
