We are looking for a dependable Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced production and distribution facility in Lenexa, KS. In this role, you will be a key link in our supply chain, safely transporting raw materials, large-format print stocks, and finished retail displays throughout the warehouse. A typical day involves operating a sit-down forklift to load and unload delivery trucks, stage materials for production lines, and organize finished goods in the warehouse. You will also assist with receiving duties, verifying shipments against packing slips, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. This is a dynamic, active environment where you will collaborate closely with production, staging, and shipping teams. Success in this role requires strong spatial awareness, a commitment to safety, and the ability to pivot between forklift operation and manual material handling tasks as needed.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience safely operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform active physical tasks, including bending, reaching, and standing.
• Strong safety awareness and a track record of adhering to facility safety protocols.

Nice to have

• Experience in a printing, packaging, or large-format manufacturing facility.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems, RF scanners, or basic computer data entry.
