We are seeking a skilled and safety-minded Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our team in Lubbock, Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in our industrial manufacturing and distribution operations, ensuring the smooth flow of heavy machinery parts, raw materials, and finished goods. You will be responsible for loading and unloading flatbeds and trailers, staging materials for production lines, and organizing warehouse storage areas. A typical day involves operating a standard sit-down forklift to move large, heavy, or bulky industrial components safely through a busy facility. You will work closely with shipping, receiving, and production teams to fulfill orders, verify inventory counts, and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace. What you'll bring

• At least 1 year of proven experience operating a sit-down forklift in a manufacturing, heavy industrial, or warehouse environment
• Valid forklift operator certification or equivalent documented safety training
• Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs, and sit or stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe, hazard-free workspace

Nice to have

• Experience handling oversized loads, heavy machinery parts, or agricultural equipment components
• Familiarity with loading and unloading flatbed trucks and securing industrial loads
• Experience using RF scanners or basic digital inventory tracking systems
