We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced warehouse and logistics team in El Paso, TX. In this role, you will play a key part in daily operations by safely transporting, loading, unloading, and storing materials. You will navigate a busy warehouse environment, ensuring that shipments are processed accurately and inventory is placed in its designated locations. A typical day involves operating a sit-down forklift (propane or electric) to move pallets, loading and unloading incoming and outgoing freight from trailers, and replenishing picking zones. You will perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections, use RF scanners to track inventory movement, and assist with general warehouse duties as needed to maintain a clean and organized workspace. What you'll bring

• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods during a shift
• Commitment to strict safety protocols and warehouse safety standards

Nice to have

• Experience using RF scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
