In this role, you will play a crucial part in the daily logistics of a busy distribution center by safely moving pallets, loading trucks, and ensuring accurate inventory tracking. Responsibilities

• Navigate a sit-down forklift safely throughout the warehouse facility to move pallets in and out of designated storage areas.
• Handle the loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight from trucks and trailers.
• Stack, transport, and organize materials efficiently to ensure the distribution center remains orderly.
• Update inventory systems and complete essential documentation to track all material movements accurately.
• Conduct daily pre-operation equipment inspections, reporting any safety or maintenance concerns immediately.
• Support the broader team by stepping in to assist with general warehouse operations whenever necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience confidently operating a sit-down forklift within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong understanding of OSHA guidelines, warehouse safety procedures, and general operating protocols.
• Ability to perform routine equipment inspections and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
• Capability to accurately record inventory movements and properly complete warehouse documentation.
• Willingness to pitch in with general warehouse duties and handle palletized goods safely.
