Spotwork is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator (Sit Down) to join our marketplace connecting workers to jobs in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will safely operate equipment to keep warehouse and distribution operations running smoothly during your Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM schedule. Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate a sit-down forklift to transport, stack, and store pallets in designated warehouse locations.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound delivery trucks and trailers efficiently.
• Perform complete pre-operation forklift inspections and immediately report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Track all inventory movements accurately and complete necessary system updates or related documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work zone while assisting with general warehouse duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Strong understanding of OSHA guidelines, standard safety procedures, and safe material handling practices.
• Ability to perform accurate inventory tracking and document material movements.
• Capability to work a consistent schedule from Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Readiness to assist with general physical warehouse tasks, including moving pallets in and out.
