In this role, you will be a vital part of daily logistics operations, moving, stacking, and organizing inventory to keep freight moving smoothly. Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely to load and unload incoming and outgoing freight from trailers.
• Stage products accurately for shipment and organize warehouse inventory effectively.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure your machinery is in safe operating condition.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free workspace throughout your scheduled hours.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse team members to hit daily shipping and receiving targets.

Requirements

• At least six months of recent experience operating a sit-down forklift within a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks as needed throughout your workday.
• Possession of a valid forklift operator certification, or the ability to successfully pass a site-specific safety and operation test.
• Familiarity with RF scanners, clamp attachments, specialized material handling equipment, and basic warehouse management systems is highly preferred.
• Previous experience working in a high-volume third-party logistics environment is a major plus.
