Spotwork is seeking a skilled and safety-minded Sit-Down Forklift Operator to connect with an active warehouse and logistics environment in Nashville, AR. In this hands-on role, you will safely transport, stack, and organize materials to ensure products are moved efficiently and without damage. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your equipment experience to support shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move raw materials and finished goods to designated storage areas.
• Load and unload trailers to support inbound and outbound freight movement.
• Prepare and stage palletized shipments accurately for daily dispatch.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to verify inventory counts and manage stock.
• Perform routine pre-operation equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace while strictly adhering to all facility safety guidelines.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of experience operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit for extended periods throughout your scheduled hours.
• A steadfast commitment to warehouse safety protocols and operational standards.
• A valid forklift license, with the ability to provide a clear photo of your credential upon request.
• Previous experience using RF scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory tracking is highly preferred.
