We are looking for a reliable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of industrial equipment to move, stack, and organize materials throughout the facility. You will play a key role in maintaining an orderly workspace and ensuring that inventory is staged correctly for shipping and receiving. Your typical day will involve performing pre-shift equipment inspections, reviewing order manifests, and navigating the warehouse floor to transport pallets. You will work closely with the warehouse team to meet productivity targets while strictly adhering to site safety protocols and operational guidelines.

What you'll bring

• Valid and current forklift operator certification/license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Proven experience operating stand-up or sit-down forklifts in a warehouse environment

Nice to have

• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or hand-held scanners
• Previous experience with loading and unloading trailers
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes
