We are seeking a skilled and safety-minded Forklift Operator to join our logistics and warehousing team in Darlington, SC. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly by safely and efficiently moving, staging, and organizing materials. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and dedication to safety will directly impact our daily success. A typical day will involve operating sit-down or stand-up forklifts to load and unload inbound and outbound shipments, transport pallets to designated storage areas, and prepare customer orders for shipment. You will also use handheld RF scanners to track inventory, perform pre-shift equipment inspections, and collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace. What you'll bring

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating Clamp Forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Proven experience utilizing handheld RF scanners for inventory tracking and order picking.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for the duration of a shift.
• Commitment to strict warehouse safety protocols, including wearing steel-toed boots and other required PPE.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced third-party logistics (3PL) facility.
