Responsibilities

• Prepare event spaces by setting up tables, serving stations, and buffet areas before guests arrive.
• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to tables or serving stations promptly and politely.
• Provide attentive, high-quality service to create a polished and welcoming dining atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with your fellow team members to ensure seamless event execution.
• Assist with post-event duties including clean-up, clearing tables, and managing inventory.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) certification and a Food Handler certification.
• Physical stamina to bend, stoop, and frequently lift or carry heavy serving trays throughout your scheduled hours.
• Strict adherence to the required professional dress code, which includes a black long-sleeve button-down shirt, black slacks, black tie, black socks, and black non-slip shoes.
• Exceptional communication skills coupled with a consistently polite, punctual, and highly professional demeanor.
• Prior experience as a banquet, event, or fine-dining server in a fast-paced hospitality environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with processing cash and credit transactions for bar or food service is a strong plus.
