Responsibilities

• Prepare tables, buffet setups, and serving stations prior to guest arrival.
• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests with exceptional service and attention to detail.
• Assist attendees with specific beverage requests or bar service needs throughout the gathering.
• Maintain a clean dining environment and assist with post-event breakdown, cleanup, and inventory tracking.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Current, state-approved alcohol server certification and a valid Food Handlers Certificate (FHC).
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and safely carry heavy serving trays for schedules lasting up to 12 hours.
• Ownership of a complete professional uniform: black long-sleeve button-down dress shirt, black slacks, black tie, black belt, black socks, and black non-slip shoes.
• A polite, punctual, and highly professional demeanor paired with strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in high-volume banquets, hotels, or events is highly preferred, as is basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
