Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and food preparation equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized dishwashing station throughout your scheduled hours.
• Support the culinary team by ensuring a steady supply of clean items to meet the rapid pace of event day operations.
• Properly store cleaned items in their designated areas to streamline kitchen workflows.
• Assist with general kitchen cleanup and sanitation duties as required by the culinary leadership.

Requirements

• Availability to work a long weekend schedule, specifically Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM the following day.
• Must arrive in a compliant uniform, including a solid black polo shirt with no visible logos and black pants with no rips, holes, or bedazzled details.
• Required footwear includes closed-toe, black slip-resistant shoes for kitchen safety.
• Must wear a proper hair restraint at all times while in the food preparation area.
• Strict adherence to the dress code policy: leggings, tights, sweatpants, yoga pants, shorts, skirts, and any outside logos are entirely prohibited.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage the physical demands of a bustling, high-volume kitchen environment.
