In this vital role, you will be the backbone of kitchen operations, working a schedule of Monday and Thursday through Saturday from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM. You will ensure that all dishware, cookware, and surfaces are maintained to the highest standards, helping to provide a safe and organized environment for chefs and service staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean plates, glassware, and flatware.
• Hand-wash oversized pots, pans, and specialized cooking equipment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dish pit and surrounding kitchen spaces.
• Perform general sanitation duties, including sweeping and mopping kitchen floors.
• Ensure proper sorting and removal of all kitchen waste and recycling.
