Responsibilities

• Operate the flattop grill safely and efficiently to cook high-quality meals.
• Prepare and assemble hot dogs, burgers, and nachos for event attendees.
• Maintain a steady pace to keep kitchen operations running smoothly throughout the competition.
• Organize your cooking station to ensure all ingredients are prepped and ready for immediate use.
• Uphold excellent food safety and sanitation practices during your scheduled hours.

Requirements

• Availability to work the complete schedule on October 24 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Must adhere to the uniform policy: a solid black polo shirt and black pants with absolutely no outside logos.
• Footwear must consist of solid black slip-resistant shoes to ensure kitchen safety.
• Must wear a proper hair restraint while working in the food preparation areas.
• Pants must be professional and intact; no rips, holes, or bedazzled designs are allowed.
• Leggings, tights, sweatpants, workout pants, yoga pants, shorts, and skirts are strictly prohibited.
