Spotwork is seeking an energetic Cook to join our workforce marketplace and help keep the kitchen running smoothly during game day events at a major stadium in College Station, TX. In this fast-paced food service role, you will prepare fan favorites and ensure high-quality meals are served safely and efficiently to stadium guests.

Responsibilities

• Operate flattop grills to cook burgers, hot dogs, and other hot menu items according to stadium standards.
• Prepare nachos and assemble various game day snacks quickly and accurately during high-volume periods.
• Set up and break down cooking stations, ensuring all ingredients and equipment are ready for the event hours.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, strictly following food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended hours and work efficiently in a high-volume stadium kitchen setting.
• Availability to work the required Saturday schedule from 12:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
• Adherence to strict uniform standards: a solid black polo shirt (no logos) and black pants (no rips, holes, or bedazzling).
• Must wear black slip-resistant shoes and a proper hair restraint for kitchen safety.
• Please note that leggings, tights, sweatpants, yoga pants, shorts, skirts, and any visible outside logos are strictly prohibited.
