Responsibilities

• Set up the bar station, prepare fresh garnishes, and arrange clean, inviting displays.
• Take orders, process transactions efficiently, and craft both classic and specialty cocktails.
• Pour beer and wine while delivering outstanding, friendly customer service to all guests.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Break down the bar, wash glassware, and restock inventory at the end of the service.

Requirements

• Current and valid TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) certification and food handler certification.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of professional bartending experience.
• Standard professional bar attire, which includes a black shirt, black pants, and non-slip shoes.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 35 lbs.
• Familiarity with high-volume banquet or event bartending is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, and wine pairings is highly preferred.
• Flexible availability to accommodate weekend and holiday schedules.
