Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages directly to guests in their stadium seats accurately and efficiently.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to fans while maintaining a positive attitude during busy, high-volume events.
• Navigate stadium seating sections and climb stairs safely while carrying food and drink items.
• Check orders for accuracy and collaborate closely with order expediters and concession teams to ensure prompt delivery.
• Handle and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with all stadium policies and alcohol service regulations.

Requirements

• Must hold a current and valid TABC Certification to handle alcoholic beverages—no exceptions.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with an outgoing, friendly personality and excellent communication skills.
• Physical stamina to comfortably walk, climb stairs, and carry food and beverage orders safely throughout your assigned hours.
• Adhere to the strict event dress code requiring black pants (no leggings or gym pants), a black t-shirt, and clean tennis shoes.
• Dependable and punctual, with reliable transportation to the stadium venue in Arlington.
• Available to work the required evening schedule on Saturday, October 24, from 3:30 PM to 10:30 PM, as well as future stadium events.
• Previous serving, hospitality, or customer service experience is strongly preferred.
