In this dynamic role, you will be at the heart of the action, delivering top-tier hospitality to guests from around the world in premium dining areas. Responsibilities

• Set up elegant banquet tables, buffets, and serving stations prior to guest arrival.
• Run gourmet food and beverages from the kitchen to premium suites and clubs.
• Provide highly attentive, tableside service to attendees throughout the event.
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment in all dining areas during peak hours.
• Clear dishes and assist with the complete event breakdown at the end of the day.

Requirements

• Active Food Handler and Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) certifications are strictly required.
• Availability to work consecutive days for the entire October 23-25 (Friday through Sunday) schedule.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and carry heavy food trays for durations of 6 to 12 hours.
• Ability to provide the required uniform: a black button-down shirt, black slacks, black tie, black socks, and black non-slip shoes.
• Outstanding professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Prior experience as a food runner, banquet server, or hospitality team member in large, high-volume event venues is highly preferred.
